MakoSolutions, LLC - Fully Managed Overview
MakoSolutions fully managed services were created to relieve server owners from a majority of administrative tasks. This allows you to focus on your website instead of managing your dedicated or virtual private server (VPS).
Every MakoSolutions fully managed account includes the following:
Software/Application Assistance: We provide assistance with all default server software (HTTP, POP3/SMTP, DNS, SSH, etc.) including any purchased control panel software. |
Level 3 Troubleshooting: All fully managed services come with fast access to certified Level 3 technicians should you require assistance with your server's operating system (OS) or hosting applications at any time. |
Network Management: The dedicated server and VPS networks are constantly monitored by network engineers. Each network segment is carefully monitored for any packet loss or abnormal latency. |
MakoShield™: Server hardening and security auditing are available on request. Our team can install a security suite (firewall + attack monitoring) to help prevent any intrusions to your server along with anti-spam optimizations. |
Proactive Monitoring: Your server and its services will be periodically monitored to ensure peak performance and uptime. If a problem is discovered a technician will be dispatched to correct the issue. |
We believe that our dedicated servers and VPS accounts should be a complete hosting solution, which is why all of our services include full management. We realize a majority of our customers want to sleep at night not having to worry about their server. *Full management is only included with Linux based plans. Windows Server 2003/2008, while offered, comes with limited support.
