Please become familiar with the following information before placing an order, to minimize misunderstandings on new server delivery.
- Dedicated servers are usually delivered within 24-72 hours depending on server specifications and any custom setup requirements. Platinum Series servers are usually delivered within 12-24 hours.
- VPS orders are typically delivered within 12-36 hours.
- The build time frame does not start until payment is made and verified by our billing department.
- The sales and billing departments are open during regular business hours (9AM – 5PM EST) on weekdays.
- Orders received during non-business hours may not get processed until the next business day. However, orders are still looked at and sent off for fulfillment during non-business hours.
- Additional IP’s are delivered 24-48 hours after the initial server delivery.
- Orders submitted and already in progress CAN NOT be canceled/refunded. If you require/expect instant setup, please do not place an order. Being a fully managed provider, extra provisioning steps must be taken in terms of server hardening and security.
- Please do not create helpdesk tickets regarding the status of server delivery. Provisioning takes time and all orders are completed as quickly as possible.
We understand that sometimes urgent delivery is needed. If you require a quicker setup time, please contact the sales department. Depending on available stock, orders may be expedited.
