Electronic Communication

When you visit MakoSolutions.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from MakoSolutions are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Product Descriptions

MakoSolutions attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, MakoSolutions does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by MakoSolutions itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Availability

MakoSolutions will make every effort to keep live inventory status of its products up to date. Items labeled as "backordered" or "on-order" will typically take 5-10 business days to arrive at our location before being shipped out.

Pricing

With respect to items sold by MakoSolutions, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Shipping

MakoSolutions will only ship to the lower 48 states of the United States of America. We reserve the right to use a different shipping carrier than quoted on the invoice for any reason as seen fit by MakoSolutions. Shipping addresses must be verified with either your PayPal account or credit card issuer. We will not ship to non-verified addresses for security purposes. All packages will have a required signature.

Warranty

MakoSolutions will warranty the worksmanship and components of its products for a period of 90 (ninety) days. Should a product experience a hardware related fault, MakoSolutions will replace or repair the system as its discretion. You will be responsible for shipping the item to our repair facility at your cost.

Returns

All MakoSolutions products in new and un-used condition may be returned to us for a period of 15 (fifteen) days. A return merchandise authorization number must be obtained before sending your server to us. Packages sent without an RMA number will be rejected. You will be refunded in full to your original payment method minus any shipping costs and a 15% re-stocking fee.
